Ordering your Log Building Package
(ie. Home, Lodge or Cabin)
Stock Plan
A complete set of plans are provided upon receipt of order.
Custom Plan
For a estimate on your custom log building package, send a sketch or picture and a written estimate with be provided as soon as possible.
Payment Schedule
Phase 1: 15 % deposit on order;
(Note: Only a 5 % deposit required for 'lock-in' bookings- Up to 2 years before delivery).
Phase 2: 30 % additional deposit prior to production;
Phase 3: 55 % balance payable upon delivery with a certified cheque.
Transportation
Typically, transportation costs are included for most locations, otherwise, ask for specific details.
Delivery
Normal delivery is approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks depending on the production schedule.
It is advisable to order your log construction package as early as possible to avoid delay and ensure a delivery date.
Consumables
These items are unique to each builder and therefore, are to be considered otherwise by the Owner. In general terms, these materials consist of temporary structure, nails, flashing, plastic cement, etc...
Meanwhile, a starter pack may be included. Contact us for specific details.
